Artotel Group Leaders Summit

For the Artotel Group Leaders Summit 2024 at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites, our team was responsible for delivering a full suite of design and technical production services that supported the overall event experience. We developed the spatial design for key front-of-house elements including the main entrance gate and registration table, aligning them with ARTOTEL Group’s visual identity. A photobooth installation was also designed to function as an engaging media point for attendees.

On the main stage, we handled the technical design and execution of the lighting setup and LED screen layout, ensuring optimal visibility and impact across multiple event segments such as keynote sessions, talk shows, and the awarding ceremony. Our visual production team created all motion graphics content including idle loops, bumpers, transitions, and award visuals, maintaining consistency with the event’s brand and flow. We also managed the full production of the stage lighting and visual system, integrating all elements into a centralized show control workflow.

To support show operations, we provided an experienced visual jockey (VJ) and lighting operator to execute real-time cues and ensure seamless delivery across all presentations and show segments. This project demonstrated our ability to deliver cohesive end-to-end design and technical solutions for high-profile corporate events.
